SWiSHMax / SWiSH V2 Contact Form

Contact forms are of two different kinds, one
is to be used for SWiSH 2, which is a PLUGIN created with Flash, you need to
copy and paste that sprite in your SWiSH Movie, in SWiSH 2 Contact form you
cannot customize the TEXT Fields or add/remover any TEXT field, because that
is a Flash made plugins which is loaded into swish movie. The SWiSHMax Contact
forms are 100% customizable within SWiSHMax. Both type of forms can be embedded
in any existing SWiSH Templates.

Type : Swish 2 Plugin
Requirement : PHP / SWiSH

Details : This is SWiSH2 emailer plugin created using SWiSH2. You
cannot fully customise the inpout boxes and design. This emailer requires
PHP to send emails from your server. It will not send email if your server
(host) does not support outgoing emails (which is unusual).

Usage :
This file has a combo box from where
you can select / add more contact names. This file can be edited
within SWiSHMax. If you see error "Unexpected File Error", then
please visit www.swishzone.com and download latest build of SWiSHMax.
Remember this file will only work if your server supports PHP.
